The last segment of the Alcan...
Congdon Creek Campground was a provincial park campground near Destruction Bay along Kluane Lake. It is one of Anjuli's favorite campground due to the amazing views right from behind our campsite and the perfect sunrises, sunsets, and northern lights we saw between our two stays there. They have a very nice playground as well with one of those rope swing things where you glide across the whole place.
We made a nice lunch stop at this lake as we approached the end of Canada. With some planning, lunch stops can be more enjoyable than a random pull off.
We spent some time at the border signs since we had the time with nowhere special to go that night. We were staying not far past the border. The Alaska and Yukon signs are right next to each other, with the border marker in between. Jordan had fun making a break across the border.
