We arrived back in Canada and hit the Hot Springs twice. We discovered the "cold" pool was actually perfect and we kept alternating between the hot and cold pools. The big horn sheep came to greet us again.
We also hit some of our other favorite spots in town, including the playground, ice cream, and pizza. It's nice returning to some of the same spots mixed in with new, so less new planning is needed.
We headed out of Radium Hot Springs and stopped at the Stanley Glacier Trail, still in Kootenay National Park. 7 miles with a good bit of climbing.
These were the views from the upper part of the climb up and at the top. Amazing.
The descent was rough with lots of loose rocks, but we went slow and had no problems. The views on the way down were even better than the way up.
We continued onward to Kicking Horse Campground in Yoho, NP. Our site was amazing! Right along the river with mountains views everywhere and privacy with shade.
