Ultimate RV Trip 2024

The 2024 trip was an all-in sort of situation with Anjuli booking off so much time from work for the trip. We made reservations for most of the trip (through the end of Alaska) and crossed our fingers. About a month before the trip, we decided to trade in the Grand Design RV and get the Brinkley. We made our few necessary modifications (extra solar panels, 3x 100 amp lithium batteries, and a 3 stage water filtration system) and hit the road after seeing the total solar eclipse in our driveway.

We tried to make this trip a bit more evenly paced, staying at most places 3 nights once we got across the country to New Mexico. With no truck issues to hold us back, we proceeded through the whole first half of the trip to Banff/Calgary without any hiccups. We saw so many amazing places and met up with a few old friends along the way. After flying back to Vermont to work in the summer for 1.5 months, we flew back and drove up to Alaska and back, which offered even more amazing views. It was pretty unbelievable that the trip was so successful after the 2023 truck mishaps.
