This is our first time ever at Snow Canyon State Park in Southwestern Utah. We aer staying at the Snow Canyon Campground. The location is amazing and it's great to have water and electric hook ups. Though, the campsites are very narrow. We were able to jigsaw our RV to be able to get all the slides and stairs out, but it was super tight.
We went to the Snow Canyon scenic overlook for sunset. The conditions were perfect. Cool clouds and everything. The strawberry full moon even popped up as we were leaving.
This morning, we went to hike the petrified dunes area of the park. Jordan had a fun time looking very epic.
She snapped a few photos, for the fans.
We made sure to stay well hydrated despite Bruce's best efforts to leave the bulk of the water in the car. You'd think he would've learned after his past experiences in deserts. Jordan loved following the "bubble" trail markers and made us all tag each one. We only stayed out for an hour max since it was already getting hot. The highs are in the high 90s-100 all week so we will do a morning adventure and an evening outing.
