146. Redwoods - Humboldt Redwoods State Park, Avenue of the Giants

After a relaxing day with one final dip in the pool at the Lassen KOA, we headed off to Redwoods. We stopped at a favorite playground from the last trip on the way. Jordan settled down for the evening with swaddling and some milk :P.

We got a great site at the RV campground right along the scenic drive. It has a playground as well as river access.

On the first full day, we took the bikes out on the scenic ride/drive. It really does feel like riding among giants.

We did a short hike from the visitor center and took some photos, of course.

There were lots of fun giant trees along the way, as one would expect from Redwoods.
