Underway. Since we got our truck back later in the day, we only drove a few hours. We decided to test out the RV sites at a Love's gas station. It was kind of strange to be fully set up at a gas station and run inside the Arby's and grab dinner to eat in the RV. The sites were nice though - level, water and electric. That was all we needed. There was some truck noise so it didn't feel quite as peaceful as a normal campground and we didn't sleep amazingly, but good enough. We were relieved just to be on the move again.
Jordan food along the journey. I'm not sure what that third picture was about, but it's funny.
Nothing exciting happened across the middle of the country. We stayed at whatever campgrounds were the most convenient. Since it was Nebraska and Iowa, Anjuli even drove a bit.
Once we hit Colorado, the scenery got more interesting again. We were happy to be back. We lived in Colorado for a few years and that was where Jordan was born.

We blazed a trail across the country. We had to cancel several reservations due to the delay in New York State, but only lost like $40 or so. Not too bad. Campgrounds were very nice about it. Next, we got to start our real trip in Bryce Canyon!
