Always consider choking hazards, but some ideas:

Cooler bag:
Fruits in bite size pieces, specifically cutting up the grapes and apples ahead of time.
Milk cup.
Cheese slices/sticks.
Smoothie pouches.
Yogurt tubes.
Lunch items like leftover subs, mac n cheese, or pizza if we are going to eat without going in the RV.
Snack bag: Each snack in it's own little ziplock bag so there is less packaging material. Refill every few days as needed.
Cliff bars.
Chips.
Ritz bitz.
Peanut butter or cheese crackers.
Goldfish.
Oreos or some other cookie.
Chocolate chips.
Croutons.
Pretzels.
Cereal.
Freezer for RV stops:
Popsicles!
Ice cream.
